Aiming at broadening horizons and developing individual strengths, specialist clubs play a large part of school life with children encouraged to get involved in a number of extra-curricular activities during lunch breaks or after school.

Opportunities are always evolving but include activities as diverse as chess club to martial arts; golf to choir; dance to gardening and rugby to tennis – guaranteeing that there is an activity to suit the interests of any child.

Drama and music remain popular choices with many children enjoying private music and LAMDA (London Academy of Music, Drama and Art) classes from visiting peripatetic tutors during the day.

A busy schedule of school trips, often related directly to the curriculum, visiting authors and speakers, fundraising events and involvement in the Independent Schools Association netball, football and athletics tournaments ensure pupils remain inspired and engaged throughout their school day.

After school, a homework club, supervised by teachers, provides additional support, if needed, for children to complete their homework or revise for tests before being collected at the end the day.
